Post-straightening, the straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.20 mm. Our idler shaft processing utilizes state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, precisely conducting operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,and capable of accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
