This rigorous procedure reduces ovality and straightness deviations of roller rings by an astounding 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's frictional resistance coefficient has been impressively reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout has been significantly improved from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is honed from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve an elevated precision grade, extending their lifespan well beyond a phenomenal 45,000 hours.
