The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is impressively reduced from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is refined from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.20 mm. Surpassing an axial load of 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, the lifespan of our idlers reaches an extraordinary precision grade, exceeding 45,000 hours.
