Our unwavering commitment to quality means every steel pipe goes through a rigorous straightening process, drastically minimizing ovality and straightness deviations by an impressive 50% compared to the MT821 standard. We have remarkably reduced the idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to 0.023; improved radial runout from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.35 mm, and enhanced post-straightening straightness from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. Surpassing an axial load of 15 KN, as per MT821 standards, our idlers enjoy an elevated lifespan by one precision grade, exceeding a remarkable 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing utilizes advanced fully automatic production lines, executing precise operations like servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. Remarkably, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm, with the capability to process workpieces up to a substantial maximum length of 2200mm
