The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is significantly lowered from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve an elevated precision grade with a service life surpassing an extraordinary 45,000 hours.

Our idler shaft processing utilizes state-of-the-art fully automated production lines, executing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. The distance between milled grooves can be as little as 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
