Our relentless pursuit of superior quality is evident through our specialized steel pipe straightening process, which significantly reduces ovality and straightness discrepancies of roller rings by an impressive 50% compared to the MT821 standard. The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is remarkably decreased from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is optimized from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening, straightness improves from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, our idlers achieve a heightened precision grade with an extraordinary service life surpassing 45,000 hours.

The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
