The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient is optimized from 0.025 to 0.023, radial runout is refined from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.35 mm, and straightness post-straightening is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an exceptional 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN per MT821 standards, our idlers' lifespan ascends to an impressive precision grade, surpassing 45,000 hours.
