Our relentless pursuit of quality shines through our meticulous straightening process for steel pipes, which slashes ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by a remarkable 50% against the MT821 standard. The simulated frictional resistance is reduced to 0.023; radial runout is enhanced to a mere 0.35 mm; and post-straightening straightness achieves 0.20 mm. With an axial load surpassing 15 KN, our idlers boast a life span that exceeds 45,000 hours, surpassing one precision grade.

Our idler shaft processing leverages ultra-modern fully automatic production lines, capable of executing precise operations such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat groove on the idler shaft. Notably, the minimal distance between two milled grooves is an impressive190 mm, and we can process workpieces up to an impressive length of2200 mm
