The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient has impressively improved from 0.025 to 0.023, while radial runout is expertly enhanced from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is refined from 1.0 mm to a superior 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, the lifespan of our idlers ascends to a higher precision grade, surpassing an extraordinary 45,000 hours.

Astonishingly, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,while adeptly handling workpieces up to a maximum length of an impressive 2200mm.
