This meticulous approach significantly reduces the ovality and straightness errors of roller rings by an astounding 50% compared to the MT821 standard. We've impressively decreased the idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient from 0.025 to 0.023. Radial runout has been enhanced from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm, while post-straightening straightness is improved from 1.0 mm to an outstanding 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per the MT821 standard, our idlers' lifespan is elevated to surpass an impressive 45,000 hours.
