The idler's simulated frictional resistance coefficient drops from 0.025 to an impressive 0.023, with radial runout optimized from 1.0 mm to a remarkable 0.35 mm. Post-straightening straightness is enhanced from 1.0 mm to an extraordinary 0.20 mm. With an axial load exceeding 15 KN, as per MT821 standards, our idlers achieve an elevated precision grade with a service life surpassing an exceptional 45,000 hours.

The distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,capable of accommodating workpieces up to a maximum length of 2200mm.
